1st International Conference on Sustainability in Geotechnical Engineering

The 1^st International Conference on Sustainability in Geotechnical Engineering (ICSGE 2027), organised by the National Laboratory for Civil Engineering (LNEC), under the auspices of the Technical Committee ISSMGE TC307 – Sustainability in Geotechnical Engineering and of the Portuguese Environmental Geotechnics Commission of the Portuguese Geotechnical Society, will take place from 28 June to 1 July 2027, at the Campus of LNEC, in Lisbon, Portugal.

Following our previous communication, we would like to highlight the following updates regarding the conference:

1. The Abstract submission deadline has been extended to 15 July 2026 (abstracts should be sent to cursos@lnec.pt);

2. Accepted Papers will be published in Open Access by Springer Nature in Springer Series in Geomechanics and Geoengineering.
